I had my first period at the age of 13 and it was Sunday and thank fully I was at home and that last night I was having terrible stomach pain which was technically period pain and when I woke up and went to bathroom to see a whole pool of blood I was traumatized and slowly called my mother calmly why I am bleeding? and my mother was shocked from my reaction than she told me about periods like it is way only for women to discharge bad blood from their body and I still remember that whole week I was too much emotional and grumpy and I am a typical introvert so I don't speak too much but in periods I am so silent that every body gets afraid that why I am so quiet(thank u it was quiet long story)
